Patients who are unable to come to the practice for health reasons are regularly visited by us for acute illnesses and the treatment of chronic illnesses. We have a structured home visit program in our practice for this purpose. As part of the home visit program, these patients are visited at least once a quarter.

If regular home or nursing home visits are desired, please register early for our practice's home visit program. Please have the address, telephone number of the patient or ward, contact details of the outpatient nursing service, treating therapist and the relevant pharmacy ready.
