For our patients, we offer a practice app ("Arzt Direkt") for secure, digital communication and the simple exchange of data with our medical practice. This additional service is available to you free of charge after a one-off personal verification on site.


So you can communicate with us digitally:

  1. Download the Arzt Direkt app for iPhone or Android from the Appstore
  2. Scan our practice QR for a quick start. Simply ask our practice team for this on site. When you register for the first time, you will be personally verified on site at the practice for data protection purposes. Please bring your insurance card with you.

E-prescription? No problem for us

We have been using e-prescriptions from the very beginning and see the opportunities and advantages of this patient-friendly solution. Our practice team will issue prescriptions as e-prescriptions on request.

What are the requirements for using the e-prescription?

The following is required to use the e-prescription:

  • Practice app "Arzt-Direkt" or e-prescription app from Gematik
  • Health card/insurance card with so-called NFC function and PIN. The best way to do this is to contact your health insurance company directly for advice (on site or by telephone).

How can I recognize an e-prescription-capable (NFC) health card?

You can recognize the new health cards, which are required for the e-prescription, by the following two features:

  1. 6-digit access number under the Germany stripe
  2. Send symbol to the left of the "Health card" label

If you have any questions about the health card, please contact your health insurance company directly! They will be happy to provide you with detailed advice
